On more than one occasion, we have had a plumbing issue in our home. Our go to has now become John Lockwood Plumbing. Yesterday, we discovered a problem with our lower level sewage pump. After a call to Kelly, she promptly scheduled a service call. James arrived this morning. Two thumbs way up. He was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and went out of his way to answer questions & take care of our needs. I also want to acknowledge Kelly. Each time I have call, she is very personable and gives me assurance that all will be taken care. Horrible experience. Had a leak coming from upstairs bathroom down through the ceiling in our living room. We called them and Dean came out. He could not find the leak. Left and told us, do not flush the toilet for a couple of days, if that does not work, caulk the tub, if that does not work, call me back. After he left, the ceiling in our living room began dripping on to the floor. Called him back and he said the same thing. We went upstairs and felt around. I found the leak in 20 minutes. Called another contractor and he had the leak fixed in one hour. Charged us $175.00 and left us with an active leak.
I called John Lockwood Plumbing and explained what I would like and they came up with a suggestion that I liked. They set up a date and time and they were there on time, not like some businesses. Upon arrival, he introduced himself, looked over the job site and continued the install. He also explained the settings and operation of the heater.
