I also decided to buy a Stihl KM130 with attachments from them, and Mike talked me out of the more expensive attachment because it wasn't right for my intended task (I won't tell your boss Mike).
I have rented from Altra on about 10 different occasions. Each time I was provided with the right advice and equipment to get my job done. The most recent rental had the equipment malfunction when I got it home. Mike at Altra made sure I got the replacement tiller I needed right away to finish the job, he even offered to load it on my trailer and meet me with it.
Bought a new chainsaw last year and couldnt be happier. They have good products, Good advice,and great service. Would definitely recommend Alta to friends and family.
